- The computer cannot find the hard disk? Check the USB connection on the back of the desktop computer. The hard disk needs a 5V 1A power supply. Do not use a multi-connector; connect the hard disk directly to the computer to ensure sufficient voltage for startup.
- If you still cannot find the hard disk, right-click "My Computer," select "Manage" > "Disk Management." If there is an unallocated drive without a letter, right-click to initialize it. After initialization, right-click again to format the drive.
- If it still doesn't work, try another computer.
- PlayStation compatible.
Note: PS game consoles must be genuine and cannot be cracked.
Supported console models: Only PS4 and PS5 with system software version 4.50 or higher.
